We offer two types of investment mortgage:
- Repayment Residential Buy to Let Mortgages have a maximum term of 25 years. You repay interest and capital throughout the term of the loan
- Interest Only Buy to Let Mortgages have terms of up to 3 years. They revert to a standard repayment mortgage at the end of the interest-only term.
