    Terms and conditions apply to Business On Line IBAN & IBIC - An Irish IBAN (International Bank Account Number) includes a country code, bank code, NSC and account number as well as some check digits and therefore totals 22 characters. The IBAN of other countries may be different, depending on local numbering standards. BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is an 8 character code which identifies the Swift address to which the payment is directed. Bank of Ireland encourages all customers to quote beneficiary IBAN & BIC on all credit transfers. Bank of Ireland is regulated by the Financial Regulator.
